Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Marie-Claude Breault built her career at the intersection of retail and commercial real estate.

Her career began in the fashion industry, where she developed expertise in sales, business development and marketing, working with companies and major brands across North America.

In 2010, she founded her first retail consulting firm. This experience led her to advise retailers on growth strategies, positioning and business development, while deepening her understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.

Over the years, her path naturally evolved toward commercial real estate, guided by one conviction: an asset’s performance is not driven by the transaction alone, but by the strategic decisions that come before it.

This vision led to the creation of MOBILIS Retail.

Today, her approach combines real estate strategy with a deep understanding of retail to advise property owners, investors and asset managers on the positioning, value creation and evolution of their commercial properties.
